Halo: Reach marked my first real attempt at multiplayer action. The mechanics of this Halo installment are great compared to older installments. The weaponry is great, though the armor abilities can be hit or miss. They definitely have their advantages, but can also have some major drawbacks. Armor Lock being the most noteable. While it can come in handy occasionally, teammates using it at the wrong time can be more infuriating than an opponent using it. If I go a whole day of matchmaking without getting blown up by a teammate's grenade bouncing off a wall while they armor lock blocking my escape, that would be a joyously monumentos day.
